Meet Wilton Tejada

Your Experienced Fitness Professional

With over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry, Wilton Tejada is a seasoned expert dedicated to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals. As a NASM PT certified trainer, USATF Running Coach, VDOT Running Coach, NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist, NASM Certified Nutrition Coach and 6th Degree Black Belt in Sho-Yun-O Martial Arts. Wilton brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his clients.

 

Wilton’s passion for fitness began when he started teaching Martial Arts at one of the YMCA’s programs in New York City. This initial experience fueled his desire to pursue a career in the field. He went on to become the coordinator for the Wingate Fitness Facility at his alma mater, City College of New York, further expanding his expertise.
