Wilton’s passion for fitness began when he started teaching Martial Arts at one of the YMCA’s programs in New York City. This initial experience fueled his desire to pursue a career in the field. He went on to become the coordinator for the Wingate Fitness Facility at his alma mater, City College of New York, further expanding his expertise.
For the past 15 years, Wilton has specialized in coaching individuals to excel in various running events, including 5ks, Half Marathons, Marathons, and Ironmans.
